Step 2 — We process it

We will confirm your refund within 24 hours. No interrogation, no lengthy process. We trust our customers.

Step 3 — Receive your money

Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
