How to Request a Refund
Step 1 — Contact us
You can email us directly at hello@dietio.app or use our Contact & Support Center within 30 days of your purchase date. Include the email address used for your account.
Step 2 — We process it
We will confirm your refund within 24 hours. No interrogation, no lengthy process. We trust our customers.
Step 3 — Receive your money
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

- Refund must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Applies to all plan types (1-month, 3-month)
- One refund per customer per product type
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
We do not charge any cancellation or processing fees. The full amount paid is refunded.
After a Refund
After a refund is processed, your access to the plan and dashboard will be deactivated. Your account will remain active and you can purchase a new plan at any time.
